Changed your mind? Here’s how you can cancel your order:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. To do so, please call us at 52583646.
When you call, make sure to provide your Order Confirmation Number so we can process the cancellation promptly.
If your cancellation is successful, we will aim to reverse the payment back to your bank card. However, please note that a cancellation fee of 5% to 10% of the purchase amount will apply, depending on the payment method used.
Keep in mind, once an item is sold, it cannot be exchanged or refunded unless it is defective.
Returning or Refunding Your Order
At Timeless Treasures, we do not accept returns for clothing unless the product is defective. Here’s how we handle returns for defective items:
If the clothing item appears defective upon delivery, return it to the driver immediately. If you only notice a defect after delivery, you must inform us within 12 hours of receiving the item by calling us at 52583646. Once informed, you must return the defective product to Timeless Treasures, Nouvelle Usine, Floreal either by post or by dropping it off at our shop within 24 hours of receiving it.
The product will be checked for defects, and if we confirm the issue, we will process a refund within 48 hours after the return is approved.
Exchanges for Size Issues
We do not accept returns for items that do not fit. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they select the correct size when making a purchase. However, as a courtesy, you may bring the item to our shop within 3 days to exchange it for another product of equal value. Please note that no refunds will be provided for size exchanges.
Dealing with Defective Products
If the product is truly defective, a full refund will be issued within 48 hours once the return is approved.

No Warranty Period
Please note that clothing items sold by Timeless Treasures do not come with a warranty period.
